Spring Time Fencing

Have you built fence? What are your memories of it?

Nearly every spring we have at least one new fence to put up because that's when the ground is good and soft. And there's always mending to be done.

The first number of posts were put in by hand using a sledge hammer or post pounder and nearly everyone wanted to have their turn! Thankfully we didn't have to pound them all by hand. Dad later used the skid steer which went a lot faster!

Thankfully at the end of the second day the sun came out and we ended on a sunny note :)

It's always fun working together, and these times are always special to look back on.

Lots of laughs, jokes, words of encouragement and healthy correction and learning things we will never forget!
